What the exit polls showed
Most exit poll results projected a neck-and-neck contest in Madhya Pradesh with a marginal edge to the Congress. However, pollsters like Axis My India and Today's Chanakya projected a massive win for the incumbent Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

In Rajasthan, the exit poll results suggested a BJP victory in a closely contested battle. But India Today-Axis My India and News 24 - Today's Chanakya again proved to be outliers, giving an advantage to the Ashok Gehlot government.

The Congress party is predicted to hold on to Chhattisgarh and clinch Telangana from K Chandrashekhar Rao's Bharat Rashtra Samithi.

Pollsters are a divided house on Mizoram. They indicated that there was a possibility of a hung House in Mizoram with Zoram People's Movement (ZPM) locked in a close race with the ruling Mizo National Front (MNF).

Elections Exit Poll 2023 Highlights:
Just two days left for the result for the recently concluded assembly elections in five states. The exit polls are out and as per the predictions, the Bharatiya Janata Party is leading in Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan even though the numbers are not as strong as in 2013 elections when the saffron party was riding high on the Modi wave. For the Congress, it is likely to retain Chhattisgarh. But what comes as a major setback for K Chandrasekhar Rao is the BRS behind Congress in Telangana. The northeast state of Mizoram may see a hung assembly. Come December 3, the results will be declared for all the five states which went to polls betweem November 7 and November 30.

Election results 2023: Can four-time CM Shivraj Chouhan beat anti-incumbency to ensure BJP’s victory and retain his chair, can Ashok Gehlot break the incumbent jinx? All answers on December 3 when results for Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Telangana are declared

Election results 2023: Exit polls predict Congress retaining power in Chhattisgarh and upsetting the BRS in Telangana. While most pollsters have given a clear edge to BJP in MP, they differed in their outcome for Rajasthan. Mizoram, whose results will be declared on December 4, could be heading for a hung Assembly.

NDTV Poll of Polls 2023: The voting in the battle for five states ended today after Telangana voted on 119 seats. NDTV's Poll of Polls suggests a win for the BJP in Madhya Pradesh with a majority. Meanwhile, the Congress can turn the tide and likely get a majority in Telangana. The Poll of Exit Polls predicts a close context between the MNF and ZPM in Mizoram.
In Rajasthan, the voting took place on 199 out of 200 seats. While the Congress hopes to break the Rajasthan jinx and return to power again, the BJP's election campaign focused on an "anti-incumbency" wave in the state. Shivraj Singh Chouhan has expressed confidence that he will form the government for the fifth time in Madhya Pradesh. Meanwhile, in Mizoram, the Chief Minister, Zoramthanga has exuded confidence that there won't be a hung assembly in Mizoram and his Mizo National Front (MNF) will form government again.

Chhattisgarh is the one state from which the Congress has the highest hope in this round of elections. In Telangana, it's a fight between the ruling BRS, and the BJP and Congress. Prime Minister Modi extensively campaigned in the state to form a BJP government in the southern state.
