ફિક્સ પે ના કર્મચારીઓને 30% ફ્લેટ વધારો મળશે
  • વર્ગ-3ના 4400 ગ્રેડ પે ધરાવતા કર્મચારીઓને રૂ. 38,090 થી વધી રૂ. 49,600 થશે
  • 4200 અને 2800 ગ્રેડ પે ધરાવતા કર્મચારીઓનો પ્રવર્તમાન માસિક ફિક્સ પગાર રૂ. 31,340 થી વધીને રૂ. 40,800 થશે
  • 2400, 2000, 1900 અને 1800 ગ્રેડ પે ધરાવતા કર્મચારીઓનો પ્રવર્તમાન માસિક ફિક્સ પગાર રૂ. 19,950 થી વધીને રૂ. 26,000 થશે. 
  • જ્યારે વર્ગ-4 ના 1650,1400 અને 1300 ગ્રેડ પે ધરાવતા કર્મચારીઓનો પ્રવર્તમાન માસિક ફિક્સ પગાર રૂ. 16,224 થી વધીને રૂ. 21,100 થશે.
  • તા.1લી ઓક્ટોબર 2023થી જ આ નિર્ણયનો અમલ થશે : રાજ્યના 61,560 કર્મચારીઓને લાભ મળશે
રાજ્ય સરકારના વર્ગ-૩ અને વર્ગ-૪ ના તમામ સંવર્ગોમાંની જગ્યાઓ ઉપર સીધી ભરતીની નિમણુંકોનો ફિક્સ પગાર સુધારવા બાબત (18-10-2023)

 ફિક્સ પગાર મેળવતા રાજ્યના તમામ કર્મચારીઓના પ્રવર્તમાન વેતનમાં 30% જેટલો વધારો
રાજ્યના ફિક્સ-પગાર આધારિત 61,560 કર્મચારીઓના પ્રવર્તમાન વેતનમાં 30% જેટલો વધારો કરવાનો નિર્ણય કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. જેની અમલવારી તા.1 લી ઓક્ટોબર 2023ની અસરથી કરવામાં આવશે.
