Social Audit 2023-24 PDF File : After the implementation of the Right to Education Act-2009, social audit is conducted in all the primary schools of the state to know the extent to which it has been implemented in the schools. Social audit is also done in the year 2022-23. The format for this is included in the enclosure. As per reference-2, a committee will be formed to conduct social audit at the school level. Need for Social Audit:- To maintain transparency in the implementation of RTE and also to increase community participation, there is a need to conduct social audit of schools. The report of this social audit will also have to be presented in the Gram Sabha.

Follow-up on social audit:- 
Social audit has to be done twice a year when the session starts and completed in August-2022. During the school visit to the school which is shown in the online tour diary of the school level, follow up on the matter whether the social audit has been done in all the schools. The certificate should be submitted to BRC Co.O on 31 August-2022. As on date the social audit for the second phase ended March-2023 i.e. completed at the school level in February-2023 and the certificate as to whether social audit has been done in the school will be submitted to BRC Co.O. . to be submitted on 15th March-2023, after that the BRC level has to aggregate the social audit of all the schools of its block for both the sessions and keep the certificate of all the schools limited to itself and the instruction should be given from your level. In addition, the social audit file at the school level Keep the concerned parties informed

Basis of social audit
Social audit as a term was used as far back as the 1950s. There has been a flurry of activity and interest in the last seven to eight years in India and neighboring countries. Voluntary development organizations are also actively concerned.

સોશિયલ ઓડિટ વર્ષમાં બે વખત કરવાનું હોય છે સત્ર શરૂ થાય ત્યારે ઓગસ્ટ -૨૦૨૨ માં પૂર્ણ કરી શાળા કક્ષાની ઓનલાઈન ટુર ડાયરીમાં જે શાળા દર્શાવી હોય તે શાળા મુલાકાત દરમિયાન સદર બાબતે ફોલોઅપ કરી તમામ  શાળામાંં સોશિયલ ઓડિટ થયેલ છે કે કેમ તે અંગેનું પ્રમાણપત્ર બીઆરસી કો.ઓ.ને ૩૧ ઓગસ્ટ -૨૦૨૨ માં સબમીટ કરે.આજ પ્રમાણે માર્ચ -૨૦૨૩ અંતિત એટલે કે બીજા તબકકા માટે સોશિયલ ઓડિટ ફેબ્રુઆરી -૨૦૨૩ માં શાળા કક્ષાએ પૂર્ણ કરી શાળામાં સોશિયલ ઓડિટ થયેલ છે કે કેમ તે અંગેનું પ્રમાણપત્ર બીઆરસી કો.ઓ.ને ૧૫ , માર્ચ -૨૦૨૩ માં સબમીટ કરે , ત્યારબાદ બીઆરસી કક્ષાએ પોતાના બ્લોકની તમામ શાળાઓનું બંને સત્રના સોશિયલ ઓડિટ થયેલ હોય તેનું એકંદરીકરણ કરાવીને તમામ શાળાનું પ્રમાણપત્ર પોતાના સુધી સિમિત રાખી રેર્કોડ નિભાવે તેવી સૂચના આપની કક્ષાએથી આપવાની રહેશે.આ ઉપરાંત શાળા કક્ષાએ સોશિયલ ઓડિટની ફાઈલ નિભાવવા સંબધિતોને જાણ કરવાની રાખશો .
