2. ક્રમ-1 માં સૂચવ્યા મુજબની એક લર્નિંગ આઉટકમના માપન માટેની પ્રશ્નબેંકમાંથી દરેક શાળાએ પ્રશ્નના પ્રત્યુતર માટે સૂચવ્યા મુજબના પ્રશ્ન/પ્રશ્નો પસંદ કરીને શાળાએ પોતાની રીતે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે ૨૫ ગુણની મૂલ્યાંકન શીટ તૈયાર કરી સામાયિક મૂલ્યાંકન કરવાનું રહેશે.

3. શાળાઓએ ધોરણવાર પ્રશ્નબેંક મેળવવા માટે સમગ્ર શિક્ષા મારફતે Online Attendance Portal (https://schoolattendancegujarat.in/ ) તેમજ દરેક શાળાના ઇ-મેઇલ આઇડી પર પ્રશ્નબેંક ઉપલબ્ધ કરાવવામાં આવશે. શાળા કક્ષાના સામાયિક મૂલ્યાંકન માટે જે દિવસ નિયત કરવામાં આવેલ હશે તે દિવસે શાળા શરૂ થવાના સમયથી એક કલાક પહેલા લર્નિંગ આઉટકમ આધારિત પ્રશ્નબેંક ડાઉનલોડ કરી શકાશે. ઉક્ત પ્રશ્નબેંકમાંથી ઉપરોક્ત ક્રમ-1 અને 2 માં સૂચવ્યા મુજબની પ્રક્રિયા હાથ ધરી મૂલ્યાંકન પ્રક્રિયા હાથ ધરવાની રહેશે.

4. સંદર્ભદર્શિત પત્ર-1 થી મૂલ્યાંકન પધ્ધતિ માટેની અન્ય આપવામાં આવેલ સૂચનાઓ યથાવત રહેશે. 

5. તા.૨૩/૦૭/૨૦૨૨ના રોજ શાળાને આપવામાં આવનાર પ્રશ્નબેંક ગુજરાતી માધ્યમમાં ઉપલબ્ધ થશે. અન્ય માધ્યમની શાળાઓએ પસંદ થયેલ પ્રશ્નો શાળા કક્ષાએ જે તે માધ્યમમાં અનુવાદ કરી અમલી કરવાના રહેશે તેમજ ધોરણ ૬ ની પ્રથમ ભાષા મૂલ્યાંકન શીટ જાતે તૈયાર કરી પોતાની શાળામાં અમલી કરવાની રહેશે. 

6. સદર સામયિક મૂલ્યાંકન પદ્ધતિ સરકારી પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં અમલી કરવામાં આવશે. બાકીની ગ્રાન્ટેડ અને સ્વનિર્ભર શાળાઓ તેને સ્વૈચ્છિક રીતે અમલી કરી શક્યો.
