Mukhyamantri Mahila Kalyan Yojana or Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana is going to be launched by the Gujarat government. In this MMKS 2020-21 scheme, govt. will provide interest free loans for women. The Mahila Utkarsh Juth consisting of urban and rural women can avail loans upto Rs. 1 lakh at 0% percent interest rate. Gujarat Mukhyamantri Mahila Kalyan Yojana 2020-21CM Vijay Rupani has announced Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana (MMUY) to be launched on 17 September 2020, birthday of PM Narendra Modi. In this scheme, govt. will provide interest-free loans to women’s self help groups (SHGs) in the state. Gujarat Mukhyamanatri Mahila Kalyan (Utkarsh) Yojana will benefit around 2.51 sakhi mandals registered in rural areas and 24,000 sakhi mandals registered in urban areas. These women SHGs will be eligible for Mukhya Mantri Kalyan Yojana if they have repaid any bank loan taken or other borrowing.
Lending to JLEG in Gujarat Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana
The Gujarat government is planning to provide total lending upto Rs. 1,000 crore to groups to be registered as joint liability and earning group (JLEG). In the post-Covid socio-economic life style of the state, the government is committed to have women play a key role. The state govt. is planning to provide interest-free loans to 10 lakh women across the state under the new scheme.
Gujarat's women power will come forward to realize the resolve of the Prime Minister of a self-reliant India. On the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on September 17, the Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana will be presented to the mother power of the state. 1 lakh women group of the state will get the benefit. A total of 10 lakh mothers and sisters of 1 lakh women's groups in the state will be able to avail the benefits of Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana. Loans up to Rs.1000 crore will be given to women groups Under this scheme, loans up to Rs.1000 crore will be given to women groups. The interest on the bank loan will be borne by the state government and the stamp duty required for the loan will be waived. Rs. Loan of Rs 1 lakh - Loans will be available from government, co-operative, private banks, RBI approved lending institutions.
The state govt. of Gujarat has earmarked a provision of Rs. 193 crore for Gujarat Mukhyamantri Mahila Kalyan (Utkarsh) Yojana 2020. In order to avail loans at o% interest rate, Mahila Utkarsh Juth consisting of urban and rural women will be able to apply online. For this purpose, the women can fill Gujarat Mukhya Mantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana Online Application / Registration Forms.
Just like interest free loan schemes in other states, the state govt. may invite scheme form at a dedicated portal or at the bank branches itself. After submitting the completed Mukhyamantri Mahila Kalyan Yojana Apply Online Form, women can avail loan up to Rs.1 lakh at zero percent interest. The state govt will pay the interest directly to the banks.

The applicants can view the beneficiary list by entering the details like details such as the District, Mandal, Block/Village, and other information, which displays their loan status details on the website.
